Welcome to the third part of our new Love Yourself series. We believe in the power of lingerie and how it’s a tool to help people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. Each part will focus on a particular body part that people can be insecure about, and how to embrace it with a little bit of help from lingerie.

Having a big bust can lead to teasing as a young child, physical discomfort, and lots of stares and envy from others.

To those who may not have a big bust, it can seem like a dream. But for those who have one, it can be a challenge. Finding a comfortable bra that helps you carry the weight of a bust around isn’t always easy. You definitely want to spring for quality, strong and adjustable straps, and ample support in the band.

It can also be a struggle for women with bigger busts to feel comfortable in their own skin. One may want to cover up or minimize their bust for fear of attention. One may also feel like exposing too much cleavage could attract unwanted stares.

It’s time to stop worrying about what others think. People will always look, but you can learn to block it out and instead focus on how fabulous and sexy YOU feel. You should never feel like you have to adapt your style to what makes others comfortable. Similarly, you should never deny yourself a proper fitting bra to make your bust appear smaller or less obvious.

Thankfully, more lingerie companies are starting to specialize in bras for busts above a D cup! What’s more, you can find those sexy and trendy bra styles that’ll make you feel sexy, confident, without having to sacrifice the support you need.

So, you’re ready to start treating your bust right, right? Here are some bras that’ll help give you that little boost you might need, whether you’re looking to enhance your bust or just keep it supported properly.

Non-Padded Bras

A non-padded bra allows you to keep all the support you need without the added bulk of pads. Many unpadded bras feature lining for subtly and coverage.

Wire-Free Bras

Yes, you can still go wire-free!

Shop for quality of fabric and with a company known to cater to a bigger bust. Then, you don’t have to worry about not getting the support you need.

Sports Bras

Give your breasts a break with a sports bra.

A well-made sports bra is also essential for any active lady. It ensures your breasts don’t get damaged during activity.

Minimizer Bras

Does a minimizer bra really make your breasts look smaller? Kind of, but not totally.

A minimizer bra essentially redistributes the breast for a more rounded, even look. That can slightly alter the appearance of your breasts, but not by much.

If there’s a body part you feel insecure about, leave us a comment below or reach out to our Bra Doctor – it may become the subject of our next series instalment!
