You should check your bra size annually
It is highly recommended to check your bra size once or twice a year. Sizing changes occur due to weight fluctuations, menopause, medications, smoking cessation and so on.
The right bra cup size
If your breasts fill the cup size comfortably then the size is perfect. The centre of your bra should lie flat against your breastbone.
The wrong bra cup size

The band size is perfect if it fits snugly and comfortably around your ribcage and straight around your body.

When you purchase a new bra you should always lengthen the straps fully, then fasten the clasp on the loosest setting because the bra will stretch with wear and you will be able to tighten it to your comfort. You should lean forward and ensure that the breast tissue completely fills the cups.
