We ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 internationally*. This includes shipping and handling fees, brokerage fees and insurance, but does not include any duties. At times we offer special promos for FREE shipping - find out by subscribing to our free newsletter!
*Note: for orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, you may be subject to additional shipping charges if your order exceeds 3/4 of a pound. In this case, we'll email you to work out the difference prior to shipping your order.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Shipping may take 4-20 business days excluding weekends and holidays. (For faster shipping, see below.) We will e-mail you when we ship out your order.
Can I get faster shipping?
For quicker shipping options, contact us by phone (for fastest results), e-mail or on our contact form, and make sure to include your phone number. We will get in touch with you personally with more details.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Discreet shipping means you do not want the label on the outside of your package to say Now That's Lingerie (often a good option if you're purchasing a gift for someone else in the same household or just generally want privacy). If you want discreet shipping, please contact us by e-mailing email@example.com.
Is my shipping fee refundable?
Shipping and handling is non-refundable. A $9.99 shipping charge will be added automatically when you checkout. Special promo codes for free shipping can not be used as credit for shipping and handling fees for orders made prior to (or after) the initial offer date, and/or after a purchase has already been made.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to provide you with high quality and value for our products and services. We (with the training and help of Celine our Bra Doctor®) are here to help you with your bra fitting, sizing, and shopping needs. Call us or contact us for personalized tips and advice customized for your needs! If something you ordered doesn't fit, or you are not satisfied with a purchase, let us know and we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable), as long as it the item is not included on the list of non-refundable and non-exchangeable items (see below).
Note: Any shipping & handling fees and/or duties incurred while returning or exchanging an item will not be reimbursed or credited, except in exceptional cases (e.g. a manufacturing defect).

How can I exchange my purchase?
First, contact us by using the form on this page or by calling us at 1-855-521-4244 (toll-free US & Canada), and let us know what you'd like to exchange and why. We will get back to you and ask you a few questions to narrow down your specific size and style needs. This helps us ensure you receive the proper size the next time, in case it wasn't right the first time. (We can try to help get it right the first time - contact us for personal shopping help.)
You may also exchange an item for another item or a Now That's Lingerie Gift Card for the same value, which you could apply to a future purchase or offer to a friend.
If the item you want to exchange for is a different price than the one you originally received, we will contact you and either reimburse you the difference or ask for additional payment before processing your exchange.
How can I return an item I purchased?
Please contact us first by using the form on this page or by calling us at 1-855-521-4244 (toll-free US & Canada), and let us know what you'd like to return and why. We will get back to you with an authorization number and more details on returning your item to us.
Note: If you do not contact us before you return your item(s), and/or your package does not have the appropriate authorization number, your return will not be accepted. You will be shipped back the package at your expense.
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
If over thirty (30) days have passed since we have shipped your order, you can exchange or return your purchase for up to and no longer than 60 days from the purchase date.
If more than (30) days have passed since the original purchase was shipped and you would either like to exchange or have any of the items in your order refunded, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If we accept, we will deduct from your account 20% or $10, whichever of the two is greater. Returns after 60 days will result in an online credit.
After I ship back the items I'm return, how long will it take for me to get reimbursed?
Once we properly receive your package and verify that the item is in returnable condition, we will reimburse you for the amount of the item(s) you purchased.
*We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise until it arrives at our location, therefore we suggest that you send packages with insurance and an authorization number, as we will provide for you when you contact us. If there is no authorization number, the return will not be accepted. The return address must be clearly indicated. If you decide to use Fed Ex or UPS to make your return, please make sure that you use the service level that contains brokerage fees. Do not use the standard service. You can also use United States Postal Service or Canada Post.

The only consumer data we collect are provided from statistics referring to tracking, country of origin, which search engine was used, keywords and which pages were consulted. If you have any questions pertaining to this, please feel free to contact us.
Once you have selected an item and are ready to purchase, when you select Add to Cart your payment and order details are transferred by secure connection to PayPal our payment gateway. This means that the information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than Paypal. You can see that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https//. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.
