Returns and Exchanges

At Now That's Lingerie.com, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great pride in providing you with high quality and value. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price provided it conforms to our returns policy.

Shipping

Shipping and handling fees are charged by Paypal when you make the purchase. It can take anywhere from 3-25 business days to get your order. When you make a return the shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise to Now That's Lingerie.com. Packages that are sent COD will not be accepted. You can request an exchange or refund. Exchanges are subject to shipping and handling fees. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is the result of our error.

Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns or make exchanges on panties, teddies, bodysuits, or anything with an underwear bottom. As well there are no returns or exchanges on products that are discontinued. Styles featured in the Sale and Clearance sections are also not exchangeable nor returnable. We do not refund or accept returns or exchanges in regards to orders of 3 or more of the same product, same colour and same size.

How to make a return or an exchange

Before returning an item for refund or exchange, please:

1. E-mail us at returns@nowthatslingerie.com for an authorization number.

2. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise until it arrives at our location, therefore we recommend that you send packages in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure safe and well documented delivery. The return address must be clearly indicated.

3. Return the merchandise within 30 days of the billing date. Upon receipt and once return is deemed in satisfactory condition the amount (minus shipping and handling costs) will be credited directly to your credit card. Items must be returned in clean and unworn conditions with all original label tags attached.

Credits to your charge card

We will credit your charge card once the item is returned. If you place an order and it is not completely fulfilled, your credit card will be credited for the item not shipped .
