Who are we?

At Now That's Lingerie, we believe that some of the most important things in life are learned through experience. With over twenty-five years of devotion to (and from) our loyal customers, we have fine-tuned our skills in both bra fitting and personalized service. Seventeen years ago, we transitioned from a brick-and-mortar retail lingerie boutique based in Montreal, Canada, to an online presence, steadily building our customer base and reputation. Our claim to fame is our resident Bra Doctor, who quickly responds to any of your bra fitting questions, helping to guide you in finding your ideal bra size and shape. While other larger online retailers may make you feel like nothing more than an order number, we strive to bring the personal, human aspect and unique touch of a lingerie boutique, to the convenience of our easy to browse online store.

Over the years, we have been motivated by our customers' appreciation for our personalized customer service and commitment to excellence in the quality and value of our products. To this end, we have worked closely with a Montreal-based manufacturer, to create our own brand names, Bra Doctor, and Now That's Lingerie.

With the development of our own brand names, Bra Doctor, and Now That's Lingerie, we strive to produce high-quality goods in a range of sizes and versatile styles to meet women's every day needs.

Our Products

We hand-pick our products and collections to accommodate the most diverse selection of shapes and styles, and range of sizing, possible. While some of our major bestsellers come from North American based companies (Warner's, Arianne, Elita, Grenier, Papillon Blanc, and our own brands, Bra Doctor and Now That's Lingerie), we also carry European-based companies, such as Change of Scandinavia and Triumph.

Shipping and Handling

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the United States is $7.99. Shipping within Canada is $10.99. International shipping (out of Canada and the United States) is 14.99. There are some exceptions to this, as stated below (see "Do you ship internationally?" and "Do you offer a faster shipping service" for details.)

Is my shipping fee refundable?

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and are charged when you make the original purchase.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Shipping can take anywhere from 5-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays. When we ship your order, you will receive an email to let you know what has been sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do - we ship worldwide. Please note that for orders outside of the United States and Canada, you may be subject to additional duties (which are not covered by our shipping fee). You may also be subject to additional shipping charges for any orders exceeding 3/4 of a pound. (If this occurs, we'll email you to work out the difference prior to shipping your order.)

Do you offer a faster shipping service?

If you would like a faster service, you can email us on this page. We would send you an email link for the additional shipping fees. Please note that a faster shipping service may not always be possible, and that if you want to guarantee that it is available for the items you'd like to order you should contact us prior to placing your order.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly exchange the item, offer you a credit or refund the purchase price, provided it conforms to our returns and exchanges policy.

It is NOT possible for us to accept returns, make exchanges or provide refunds on the following types of items:

  • - Panties, bodysuits, teddies, swimsuits, bikinis, bathing suits or anything with an underwear bottom
  • - Any lingerie accessories such as (but not limited to) bra straps, bra back extenders, bra back converters, nipple covers, bra pads, breast enhancers and adhesive tape (for hygiene reasons)
  • - Any products that are on sale, clearance, seasonal (style or color not available the following season) or discontinued
  • - Orders of three (3) or more items of different sizes with the same exact style number (e.g. ordering 36D, 36DD and 38D in the style #1122)
  • - Items that have marks or remnants of odor as a result of being tried on while wearing deodorant, makeup or perfume
  • - Items that have been worn or used

We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, within the allotted period of time (see more about this below):

  • - If you receive the wrong item (e.g. style, size or color) due to a shipping error
  • - If the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

Our commitment to quality means that we verify that each item is in good condition before we ship it to you. If we have shipped you the wrong item or there is a damage, we will gladly replace that item for you.

Are there any other circumstances in which you will accept an exchange?

We will also accept exchanges for a new size of your item for another size for the same item. If this item is unavailable at the time of the desired exchange, we will substitute it for another item of equal value or issue a credit in that amount, which can be used for a future purchase. For these kinds of exchanges, we are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges.

If your reason for wanting to exchange or return your item is not mentioned here, please note that we reserve the right to accept or reject your request.

Important note: a refund will only be issued if the item you receive is damaged, if we make a shipping error, or if the item you ordered is for some reason unavailable (and you choose not to substitute it with an alternative item). In the case of a refund, we will refund you the purchase price of your item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable except in exceptional cases at our discretion. A credit will be issued for all other returns, and your credit can be used at at any time until its expiry (which will be indicated in that email to you).

How much time do I have to request a return or exchange?

- If less than thirty (30) calendar days have passed since we have shipped your order, you can request a return or exchange on your item.

- If more than thirty (30) calendar days have passed since the original purchase was shipped, and you would like to exchange your purchase, we reserve the right to accept or refuse this return or exchange. If we accept, we will deduct from your account 20% or $10, whichever of the two is greater. There are no returns or exchanges after 60 calendar days since the date your order was shipped.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Select "Returns and Exchanges" in the dropdown for fastest service. We must approve the return/exchange by providing you a unique Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions, which will be emailed to you once we approve your return or exchange. You MUST use this RA number on the return packaging. If there is no authorization number on your package, your return/exchange will not be processed and therefore not accepted.

Please make sure that the package you send is properly insured and the return address clearly indicated on the return envelope. If you decide to use Fed Ex or UPS to make your return, please make sure that you use the service level that contains brokerage fees. Do not use the standard service. You can also use the United States Postal Service.

We will contact you within 36 business hours using the email address you specified in the contact form. If you prefer a phone call, please indicate your phone number (with area code) and the time you prefer we reach you in your message.

Once you accept my exchange, how long will it take to receive my replacement item?

A replacement item will be shipped to you once we properly receive your item to be replaced or returned, in good condition and with the correct identifying Return Authorization number on the outside packaging. Once we ship out your return or exchange, we will email you to notify you. If there is a shipping charge applicable in your case, we will send you an email link for payment prior to shipping our your replacement. Please allow between 5-21 business days to receive your replacement item.

*Important note: we are not responsible for any returned merchandise until it arrives at our location, therefore we recommend that you send packages with insurance. More details on the best return shipping method for your location will be provided via email when you request your return/exchange. Packages without the proper Return Authorization number will not be accepted. (For more, see How to Request a Return or Exchange.)

Privacy and Security

Now That's believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all our customers.

The only consumer data we collect are provided from statistics referring to tracking, country of origin, which search engine was used, keywords and which pages were consulted. If you have any questions pertaining to this, please feel free to contact us.

Once you have selected an item and are ready to purchase, when you select Add to Cart your payment and order details are transferred by secure connection to PayPal our payment gateway. This means that the information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than Paypal. You can see that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https//. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.

PayPal Information Security: Paypal is committed to handling customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. PayPal maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information. PayPal tests their security systems regularly and also contract with outside companies to audit their security systems and processes.
